VITAL S.p.A. distributes its products in small “commercial cut” packages which are in turn inserted into an industrial pack weighing approximately 15/18 kg: this is to preserve the primary packages as much as possible during product transportation.
The company has 4 semiautomatic packaging lines for boxes, parcels, jute sacks and plastic bags, as well as well-established partnerships with specialised external companies in the field.
On request, products may be packaged in:
• Specific-sized boxes or parcels.
• Jute sacks.
• Blisters.
• Plastic bags containing different components.
• Kanban containers.
• Metal crates for industrial use.
On request, packages may also be highly customised with:
• Customer preferred brands and images.
• Barcode labels with the desired information.
The packaging materials used by VITAL S.p.A. and its partners fall into the following categories:
• Cardboard (PAP20 or PAP21).
• Plastic (PET1, LDPE4 or PP5).
• Textile materials (TEX61).
• Wood (FOR50).
SUPPLY PROGRAMME - CONSIGNMENT STOCK - KANBAN
For customers wishing to operate with periodic delivery contracts, VITAL S.p.A. ensures complete management of the supply programme, always guaranteeing a minimum product inventory that is available for prompt delivery to respond flexibly to customers’ production and/or distribution needs.
VITAL S.p.A is also able to carry out advanced logistics services directly at the customer’s premises through consignment stock activities, or through more advanced procurement activities such as the use of KANBAN boxes.
With reference to the KANBAN supply system – depending on the volume of business developed by the single commercial relationship – VITAL S.p.A. can install directly at customers’ plants the system itself including shelving and boxes equipped with identification barcodes on loan for free use.

• Check stock availability and price of products through an intuitive search panel organised according to standard specifications, article material, size and galvanic treatment.
• Check the processing status of already placed orders.
• Associate customers’ article codes with those of VITAL S.p.A. for faster future searches.
• Store previous requests for subsequent consultation.
• Place online orders with subsequent confirmation sent by the sales department.
The use of the portal is restricted to professionals with a VAT number (so-called “B2B”) previously registered in the customer registry of VITAL S.p.A. and who have received access credentials to the service after a specific request forwarded to Sales Office.
